Other Rules1. Deposit

Purpose: A security deposit is required to cover accidental damage, excessive cleaning, or
missing items. beyond normal wear and tear.
Inspection: Inspect the property with the caretaker upon check-in and report any pre-existing
damage immediately.
Deductions: You'll receive an itemized list of deductions for any damages or excessive cleaning.
Refund: The remaining deposit will be refunded after check-out, pending inspection.
Disputes: Deposit disputes will be resolved according to Telangana Department of Tourism
guidelines.

2. House Rules

No Smoking: Smoking inside the farmhouse is strictly prohibited. (5,000 fine)
Furniture: Do not move furniture without prior consent.
Noise: Music and sound are allowed within reasonable limits. Please be considerate of
neighbors, especially during quiet hours 10 PM to 7 PM).
Guest Limit: The booking is for the agreed-upon number of guests. Additional guests will be
charged 1,000 per person.
Weapons: No weapons or ammunition are allowed on the property.
Illegal Activities: No illegal activities are permitted. Violators will be evicted without a refund,
and authorities may be contacted.

3. Check-in/Check-out

ID Proof: Provide your ID proof at check-in.
Check-out: Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. A 5,000 fee applies for each hour of late check-out

4. Fees and Charges

Cleaning Fee: A 2,000 cleaning fee applies if vomit is found inside the farmhouse.
Additional Events: Additional events beyond the original booking may incur extra charges.

5. General Policies

Cancellation: The booking fee is non-refundable.
Lost Items: Management is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
COVID-19: All COVID-19 norms must be followed.
Liquor: Guests are permitted to bring a reasonable amount of alcoholic beverages for personal
consumption. However, possession of more than 6 bottles of hard liquor (spirits, whiskey, etc.)
is prohibited without a valid license from the Excise Department. A liquor license is required for
events with alcohol.
Power Outages: The property owner is not responsible for power outages beyond their
control. However, reasonable efforts will be made to address such issues.
Toiletries and Towels: Please bring your own toiletries and towels.

6. Guest Responsibility

The person making the booking is responsible for their group's conduct, ensuring adherence to
these terms and all applicable government laws.

for carrying liquor without a permit or license. These limits vary depending on the type of alcohol and the

For Individuals without a Permit:
Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL): Individuals without a permit are allowed to carry up to 4.5 liters of
IMFL within Telangana.
Beer: Without a permit, individuals can transport and store up to 7.5 liters of beer within the state.
Country Liquor: The permissible limit for carrying country liquor without a permit is 9 liters within
Telangana.

Hookah and drugs are strictly not allowed.
